Autumn E. Barionnette was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, and has called Georgia home since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with Honors from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers. Before entering the legal field, she spent thirteen years as a Certified Ophthalmic Physician's Assistant, building a foundation of care and professionalism that she carried into her legal career.
Ms. Barionnette went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. During law school, she was deeply involved in both academic and extracurricular activities. She served as Managing Editor of the Ave Maria International Law Journal, was an active member of the Women’s Law Association, and held the position of Marshal for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Her dedication to human rights is reflected in her published article, “Restaveks: Child Slavery in Haiti—Hope Seems Right Outside the Children’s Fingertips.”
Ms. Barionnette gained invaluable legal experience through internships and clerkships during law school, including time in the Homicide Unit of the State Attorney’s Office for the 20th Judicial Circuit and a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Magistrate Robert Crongeyer.
She began her legal career as a Personal Injury attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. Her commitment to client advocacy and justice led her to establish her own law firm, where she expanded her practice to include Workers' Compensation.
Ms. Barionnette is passionate about helping those in need, particularly individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence or work-related accidents. She finds great fulfillment in guiding her clients through some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Outside of her legal practice, Autumn enjoys spending quality time with her grown children, her French bulldogs and cat, and her lifelong friends. Her hobbies include kayaking, fishing, gardening, woodworking, art projects, and cooking.
Jessica L. Eisenhower was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina where she grew up watching her grandfather preside as a magistrate court judge in Richland County. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of South Carolina, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she competed for and ultimately earned a spot as a member of the Moot Court Bar and served as a mentor for first year law students.
Ms. Eisenhower began her legal career as a general practice attorney in Columbia, South Carolina. Early on, she gained valuable experience working closely with individual clients who were experiencing stressful and often devastating times in their lives.
After several years of practicing law in the Palmetto State, Jessica relocated to Atlanta, Georgia for the opportunity to grow in her career and focus on her work as a Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation attorney. Since relocating to Atlanta, Jessica has worked for two premier personal injury and workers’ compensation law firms and has focused solely on representing injured victims against large insurance companies.
Throughout her time in Atlanta, Ms. Eisenhower has tried numerous personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, and she has personally recovered over twenty million dollars for her clients. Since opening her own law firm she has remained dedicated to fighting for injured victims and using her knowledge and experience to get her clients the compensation they need and deserve.
In Jessica's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young boys, visting with friends and family, attending wine tastings, and watching college football.
